I am faculty planning to apply for internal funding (SIG Exchange / Explore, the ECU Internal Research Fund), what do I do?

You need to apply through the online Research Management System, Process Pathways Romeo. Please sign in using your ECUAD email and the password you have created, click Apply New, and under the 'Application Name' table, choose the correct form for the program you are applying to. The Research + Industry Office has developed detailed SIG Explore application guidelines and detailed SIG Exchange application guidelines.

I am faculty planning to apply for the Ian Gillespie Design Research Grants or the Ian Gillespie Design Technology Fund, what do I do?

I am faculty with a research project planning to apply for external funding or to enter into a possible partnership. What do I do?

You need to fill in a form through the online Research Management System. Please sign in using your ECUAD email and the password you have created, click Apply New, and under the 'Application Name' table, choose the 'Research Project Info Sheet'. I have been asked to make revisions to my submitted file. What do I do?

You need to log in to the online Research Management System and edit your file. Detailed instructions can be found here: Revisions_requested_completion_guidance.pdf

I am a researcher with an active research project and I need to submit some extra documentation eg. report, updated declaration, etc. What do I do?

You need to upload the documentation on your file through the online Research Management System. Please sign in using your ECUAD email and password and follow the instructions in this document: Event_form_completion_guidance_updated_images.pdf

I need information about research data management.

Researchers need to get acquainted with the Tri-Agency Research Data Management Policy.
